This year, Pakruojis Manor invites everyone to return to the true spirit of Christmas anticipation — peaceful, warm, and full of traditions. During the pre-holiday and festive season, the manor gates are wide open to all who wish to feel the real festive atmosphere, enjoy the beautifully decorated manor and its park, the delicious aromas, and the closeness of one another.
⋆꙳❅DAY PROGRAM❅꙳⋆
For those who wish to experience even more, we invite you to arrive at the manor earlier and embark on a Festive Adventure Journey. Together with a guide, you will walk through the decorated manor park, which will lead you to the palace. There, in the mysterious corridors filled with echoes of the past, you will feel the spirit of the old manor and hear stories about the lives of barons and baronesses, their habits, and their secrets.
After visiting the palace, the journey continues to the Punishment Cellar, where you will learn why in old times it was worth being good and obedient. And finally, at the Distillery, you will discover another, more cheerful and lively side of everyday manor life.
⋆꙳❅EVENING PROGRAM❅꙳⋆
As darkness falls and festive lights illuminate the manor palace and the Christmas-decorated park, the manor will come to life in new colors. Visitors are invited to explore the craftsmen’s gift workshops — the wool manufactory, the beekeeper’s workshop, the Panopticon, the costume workshop, the 19th-century photo salon, and the noble delicacies shop. Here you can not only see the craftsmen at work, but also create your own festive souvenir.
The curious will be able to discover vintage motorized machinery and try retro arcade games, while little guests can visit Santa Claus’s Post Office, where they can leave a letter and… meet Santa Claus himself and his helpers.

Guided Tour
Join a Christmas adventure through the festively decorated park together with a guide. The guide will introduce you to the most important places of the manor, reveal fascinating stories, and share the secrets of the noble family’s life.
During the walk, you will see:
⋆꙳❅The Manor Palace❅꙳⋆
Guided by your host, you will visit the heart of Pakruojis Manor — the Classical-style palace that has preserved the spirit of the 19th century. Walking through the grand halls and elegant corridors, you will feel the Christmas spirit of old times — the same that filled these rooms with the laughter and toasts of the noble family.
⋆꙳❅The Park❅꙳⋆
In summer, the English-style park delights visitors with millions of flowers, while in winter it rests and prepares the soil, protected by century-old trees. Even during the cold season, it’s far from boring — the manor shines with thousands of lights and decorations, and part of the grounds turns into a green forest of Christmas trees.
⋆꙳❅Punishment Cellar❅꙳⋆
It’s always better to be good — both before and during the holidays! But if not, the bravest are invited to visit the only serfdom-era punishment cellar in Lithuania. In the dim light and the clinking of chains, you can see ancient punishment tools and feel the breath of history up close.
⋆꙳❅Distillery❅꙳⋆
In the restored distillery, you’ll hear the story of spirit production at the manor and its historical uses. During the program, you can taste four collection drinks at the manor’s pharmacy.
⋆꙳❅Farm Area❅꙳⋆
Here, you can explore old crafts, see historical equipment and vehicles, and meet the manor’s animals. Pakruojis Manor’s farm preserves not only livestock and poultry traditions but also falconry.
Gift Workshops
After the tour, it’s time to learn something new! In the manor’s artisan workshops, you can try various crafts and purchase special handmade gifts made with love.
⋆꙳❅Wool Workshop❅꙳⋆
Here, beautiful and warm creations are made from natural wool — slippers, home accessories, Christmas tree toys, or soft wool hats for loved ones.
⋆꙳❅ Beekeeping Workshop❅꙳⋆
Discover how the bees’ magical products are made, take a look at old hives, and don’t forget to buy a true festive treat — delicious honey or natural candles for your Christmas table.
⋆꙳❅ Panopticon❅꙳⋆
Full of surprises, wonders, and oddities! Once part of the baron’s doctor’s collection, the exhibits include a boar-baron, a swan bride, deer with pipes, and even the Lamb of God. In the charming little shop, everyone will find something special.
⋆꙳❅ Costume Workshop❅꙳⋆
In the authentic seamstress’s workshop, you’ll learn how the lords and ladies of the time dressed for winter. You might even wish to become a noble yourself for a moment and experience the elegance of manor life.
⋆꙳❅ 19th Century Photography❅꙳⋆
The photoshoot takes place with an antique camera, following 19th-century traditions. While posing, you must remain still for 3–4 seconds so that the light can “draw” your portrait. In the laboratory, you can watch the magical process of photo development — it fascinates both children and adults!
⋆꙳❅Manor Delicacies Shop❅꙳⋆
The manor’s chefs are constantly experimenting, surprising even the most experienced gourmets. Here you’ll find unusual flavors — from fermented carrots to smoked salt — and plenty of inspiration for your holiday table.
