A little bit of history…
At the end of the 19th century, the Baron invited the perfumer, Jacques, to visit Pakruojis Manor and to enjoy Lithuania’s beauty. The manor, its atmosphere, its beauty, and the wealth of nature, which he put to great use in the production of new aromas and beauty products, fascinated him. Jacques’ stay at the manor lasted for five years, during which time he not only created perfumes, but also grew various herbs, sourced locally and imported from distant lands, produced oils and refreshing aromatic waters, and so on. Today, Jacques’ laboratory has been restored and is back in business, luring people with its intoxicating scents and beauty products.
Where it is just a visit or as part of an educational programme, the manor perfumer will introduce you to the history of scents and the subtleties of perfume production, and you will be able to travel through the paths of history and enjoy the bouquet of scents from the manor.
You have the opportunity to participate in this program at Parfumerė only by purchasing tickets to the Historical Adventure Park or the flower festival held daily at the manor. You can buy tickets in advance online or reserve them at the manor’s events organizer when ordering an educational program.
